The Osceola County School Board wants a bidder to accept and dispose of 100% of its surplus and obsolete textbooks and instructional materials. Materials will be palletized and collected from the district warehouse, which will hold no more than 24 pallets at a time. The bidder must sort the materials, provide scale tickets when requested, cover all operating costs, and send payment to the school district within 45 days of sorting.
