(a) This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of two (2) ELASTEC D9 Hydraulic Power Units (PowerPack), which are required as direct replacements for existing equipment at CFAO Port Operations White Beach, Okinawa. This is a brand-name requirement for ELASTEC products to ensure full compatibility (form, fit, and function) with the existing Elastec D9 Boom Reel Power Unit.
