Lower Woodland #4 and Fairmount Playground Infield Conversion

Project Description: Both playfield sites are existing unimproved clay/silt infield soil infields, to be converted to synthetic turf surfacing with a supplemental pad underlayment. The work includes excavation, stormwater utilities, subsurface drainage, import bulk aggregates, minor irrigation systems reconfiguration, and site restoration. The Fairmount site includes a stormwater treatment vault. Lower Woodland 4 includes a side-sewer connection.
