Title II Grant Evaluator

The Contractor must provide evaluation and technical assistance to grantees that are implementing the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) Title II Formula Grants Program for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The Contractor must provide services to the Bureau of Juvenile Justice (BJJ) and any grantees who receive grants pertaining to any of the 32 program areas designated by OJJDP under the Title II funding.
