The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed proposals from interested firms (Offerors) to conduct a three-year compensation market assessment to evaluate salary schedule structure advancement and any modifications of job classifications within the respective structure as described herein.
