Summary: Tenant is seeking a highly visible location with adequate street exposure and parking to operate the University of Florida Health Primary Care practice in Newberry, Florida, with uses limited to clinical, lab, and general administrative offices; office hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., though after-hours and weekend access may also be needed.
