Lead Testing & Reduction Program Services

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive services in support of a voluntary Childcare Lead Testing and Reduction Grant Program, including developing, hosting, and maintaining program-specific websites. The selected vendor shall deliver communication, training, testing, and mitigation support services, and shall conduct lead sampling, in accordance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 3Ts (Training, Testing, and Taking Action) guidance for reducing lead in drinking water in schools and childcare facilities.
