PEIS for Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)

Washington Department of Commerce (Commerce) seeks proposals to develop a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for use by cities working to implement new transit-oriented development (TOD) requirements. Commerce intends to award one contract for this project not to exceed $500,000 in the initial period of performance. Additional funding may be made available to extend the project to the end of 2027.
