Integrated Small Area Planning, Urban Design, and Redevelopment Implementation Services

The City of Mableton, through a joint initiative of its Community Development and Economic Development Departments, is seeking a highly qualified multidisciplinary consulting team to provide integrated small area planning, urban design, redevelopment planning, market and fiscal analysis, and implementation services. The engagement will establish a coordinated, community informed framework for selected corridors, activity centers, redevelopment sites, employment districts, gateways, neighborhood transition areas, and emerging growth areas.
