Rehabilitation of Residential Single-Family Properties: Plumbers, Roofing, Building, Residential, and General Contractors

This RFQ will remain open for the duration of the solicitation period. Vendors may submit responses at any time during the open RFQ period. Submittals will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and vendors may be evaluated and awarded qualification at any time during the solicitation period. The City administers programs that provide funding to eligible homeowners for home rehabilitation projects. To support these programs, the City is establishing a pool of qualified roofing, plumbing, and general contractors (“Vendors”) eligible to bid on City-funded homeowner projects.
