PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located at the Seattle City Light South Service Center, 3613 4 th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the following elements of work: upgrades to the existing electrical system in Buildings A B. This Project is a Covered Project subject to the City of Seattle’s Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) and Priority Hire SMC 20.37 .
