Implementation of Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Devices (ATESD)

The Town of Manchester (“The Town”) is accepting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) to assist the Town in all aspects of design, engineering, permitting, installation, and implementation of Automated Traffic Enforcement Safety Devices (ATESD). Respondents are advised that the award of a contract does not obligate the Manchester Board of Directors to adopt a local authorizing ordinance. In its legislative discretion, the Board of Directors may decide not to adopt the ordinance, in which case the project would not proceed and the Town of Manchester reserves the right to terminate the contract.
