The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project: PANTHER ISLAND CANALS C D Description of Work Mass grading and excavation of the canals and outfall swale, Drill shafts and bridge retaining walls for a bridge (by others), A concrete lined canal with adjacent paseo and park, Storm sewer improvements associated with the canal outfall, and Utility improvements and relocation to support the canal development.
