Hyatt Lobby Renovation (V-1056 )

This project involves the interior renovation of the iconic Hyatt Regency Hotel located at 9300 Jeff Fuqua Blvd Orlando Fl. 32827, within MCO's Terminals A B. We will refinish nearly all surfaces on the 1st and 3rd Floor Elevator Lobbies, and the 4th Floor Lobby, including the Bar, Meeting Rooms, Concourse Ballrooms and Restrooms. Scope shall include new wall coverings, flooring, ceilings, lighting, millwork, decorative metal work, and paint. Additionally, a new Market grab-and-go will be constructed.
