Affordable Housing Development and Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation

The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Unit, invites responses to a Request for Proposals from qualified affordable housing developers seeking funding for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of, at minimum, four units of affordable rental and ownership housing including Accessory Dwelling units (ADUs). Eligible developers must have site control for their proposed use of Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) funds.
