METRO RTA is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms and legal service providers to establish a qualified pool of firms to provide legal counsel, advisory services, and representation in support of METRO RTA, governance responsibilities, business operations, and compliance obligations to the Governing Board. METRO RTA seeks to identify and prequalify firms with demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of legal practice relevant to METRO RTA including, but not limited to, General Legal Counsel, Board Governance, Labor and Employment, Human Resources, Employee Relations and Negotiations, Facilities and Construction, Real Estate, Public Contracting, and Litigation.
