The City of Banning (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering design, permitting support, bidding assistance, and optional engineering services during construction for the phased modernization and expansion of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and recycled water facilities.
