The City of Turlock is announcing the availability of HOME-ARP funding for the development of affordable rental housing throughout Stanislaus County, excluding incorporated portions of the City of Modesto. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to affordable rental housing development and, if applicable, nonprofit operating support and/or capacity building for nonprofit housing developers receiving a direct HOME-ARP rental housing award.
