Housing Action Plan

The City of Golden is inviting proposals from qualified firms or consultants to conduct a comprehensive Housing Action Plan that contains the required components of C.R.S § 24-32-3705 for the defined limits outlined in the description. In addition to the components required by statute, the City of Golden requests a narrative analysis of historic housing barriers, a review of existing programmatic local offerings of housing support and services, and an analysis of existing forms of public funding.
