Affordable Housing Development - Homekey+

The County of Shasta, through its Department of Support Services, Purchasing Division, invites responses to a Request for Proposals from qualified affordable housing developers seeking funding for the predevelopment, development, acquisition, rehabilitation, and preservation of permanent supportive housing projects that embrace 'Housing First' principles to combat homelessness with a focus on veterans.
