Impact Fee Study

The City of Cedartown, Georgia (the 'City') is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to conduct a Development Impact Fee Study and provide implementation support consistent with the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act of 1990 (O.C.G.A. § 36-71-1 et seq.) and applicable Georgia planning requirements. The City intends to make a single award to the responsive and responsible proposer whose submission is determined to provide the best value to the City.
