NIST is seeking sources that can provide four vacuum-compatible reflective microscope objectives, vacuum-compatible optomechanical hardware, and specialized tools and fasteners for an optical microscope assembly used to measure light from EUV scintillator samples. Objectives must cover 350–800 nm, have a 0.3 numerical aperture and about 23.8 mm working distance, and operate at 10^-6 Torr or better; functional equivalents to listed Thorlabs parts are accepted. Responding companies should provide product, technical, business, manufacturing, pricing, and small-business information, and must be active in SAM to be eligible for a future award.
