The work will assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, comparative advantage, governance, resource mobilization, and the Challenge Program for Adaptation Innovation. The evaluation will cover completed and ongoing activities across 93 countries, with results presented to the LDCF/SCCF Council in the second half of 2027.
