New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), in collaboration with the City of New York (the City), is releasing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain one or more (up to a maximum of five) grocery store operators or other qualified firms, either independently or in teams (each, a Respondent), to operate one or more (up to a maximum of five) of NYCEDCs upcoming N.Y.C.
