The North Carolina Department of Insurance is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations (“Vendor”) to administer the continuing education (“CE”) program for currently licensed NC resident insurance producers, NC resident adjusters/public adjusters, and non-resident adjusters/public adjusters that designate NC as their home state for licensing purposes (individually, “Producers,” “Resident Adjusters” and “NC DHS Non-Resident Adjusters” and, together, “Licensees”).
