Requirements Contract for Asbestos Bulk and Air Sampling, Analysis and Project Monitoring

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required and necessary to inspect for asbestos, monitor asbestos projects, report on and describe Asbestos Containing Materials, suspected Asbestos Containing Materials and their condition, approximate the quantity of damaged material, analyze thermal and miscellaneous ACM materials, collect bulk/air samples, and analyze and prepare reports and ACP-5 forms as requested, signed and sealed by the NYC DEP certified Asbestos investigator in schools and other buildings.
