About this opportunity

The New York City (the City) Department of Design and Construction (DDC or the Department) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) general contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform general construction work on various capital construction projects. This PQL will be limited to firms who have been certified as M/WBEs through the City Department of Small Business Services (SBS).
