COSTARS-exclusive Contract for the short-term rental and delivery of Heavy Equipment (“Heavy Equipment Rental”). This contract is for exclusive use by Local Public Procurement Units and State Affiliated Entities registered with the Department of General Services as COSTARS Members. Bids will be accepted at the address below on any given Commonwealth business day. Any bid received after the Bid Opening time will be opened on the next Commonwealth business day.
