The purpose of the Fire Extinguishers, Maintenance, and Repair Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and disposal services for fire extinguishers, and to provide for the procurement of new fire extinguishers and accessories to Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s using agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document.
