Specialty Preservation Construction The Pennsylvania Historic & Museum Commission (PHMC) is offering the opportunity for preservation and traditional trade contractors, craftspeople and artisans to become pre-qualified to bid on preservation construction projects on historic buildings at PHMC’s historic sites and museums throughout Pennsylvania. This is an open enrollment process; therefore, you may apply at any time from now until June 30, 2019. Invitation to Qualify (standing prequalification pool) issued by Historical and Museum Commission, statewide across Pennsylvania.
