The Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to prequalify appraisers interested in providing categories of appraisal services for the purpose of the acquisition of property for transportation purposes; the sale of property no longer needed for transportation purposes; and the lease of property not needed for the free movement of traffic.
