Rented Equipment Invitation to Qualify (ITQ)

The Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is soliciting suppliers to submit qualifications for the PennDOT specific Rented Equipment Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) through the eProcurement website at https://eprocurement.pa.gov/. Those suppliers that respond to this ITQ, if found qualified by PennDOT, will be awarded a contract and eligible to respond to RFQ's (Response for Quote) for various types of rental equipment, with or without operator, in identified counties.
