SPEED Act - Permit Type: Storage Tanks

The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking to engage Qualified Professionals to review permits on an expedited basis as part of the SPEED Program, established in Article XVIII, §§1803-1805 of Act No. 54 of 2024 (SPEED Act), as amended. The Streamlining Permits for Economic Expansion & Development (SPEED) Program provides third-party applicants with the opportunity to engage a Qualified Professional to conduct an expedited review of their permit application.
