International Student Recruitment

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (hereinafter the State System), is seeking 3rd party student recruitment agencies (hereinafter Contractor) to partner with, and recruit prospective international students, to undertake academic programs and/or the English Language Program at one of the ten (10) State System universities or multiple universities. The Contractors are expected to recruit potential international students over the term of the contract.
