MPA 527 PROVIDES VENDORS WHO HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DEVELOP AND/OR DELIVER BOTH WEB-BASED (E-LEARNING) AND CLASSROOM (FACE-TO-FACE) TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND MATERIALS FOR AN ADULT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
