Guardianship Services 2018

The Department is seeking responses from individuals and non-profit corporations whom the Department can propose for court appointment to serve as temporary and/or permanent, full or limited guardians and, temporary and/or permanent conservators under M.G.L. c. 190B §V. The purpose of this RFR is to solicit interested and qualified individuals and non-profit corporations to serve as guardians and/or conservators for individuals receiving services from DDS whose lack of capacity to make informed decisions with respect to the conduct of personal and financial affairs creates an unreasonable risk to the individual's health or welfare.
