INTRODUCTION The County of Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department (Department) is seeking qualified Vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide Trailing Bloodhound Canine and Handler Investigative Services (Services) on an as-needed basis for the Department’s Homicide Bureau.
