TESMA - Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Agreement

The Internal Services Department (ISD) of the County of Los Angeles is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from all qualified vendors who are interested in offering to the County as-needed telecommunications services throughout Los Angeles County.
