Master Agreement for As-Needed Contract Studies and Audits (2017 AC MA RFSQ)

The County of Los Angeles Department of Auditor-Controller (Department) is seeking qualified vendors to conduct as-needed studies and audits. Vendors will be pre-qualified in one or more of three project types: Studies, Management Audits, and Financial/Compliance Audits and sign a “Master Agreement” with the County. As the need for specific work occurs, the Department will solicit proposals from those pre-qualified vendors. When projects require specific expertise, vendors with Master Agreements may subcontract with outside resources to propose project teams with the required expertise.
