Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Supportive AND/OR Housing Services

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is revising the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for the Supportive Housing Services program that was initially released on April 5, 2012. DHS is seeking additional qualified agencies to enter into a Supportive and/or Housing Services Master Agreement with the County to provide Intensive Case Management Services and/or Property Related Tenant Services.
