Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) for Substance Use Supportive Services

County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing an RFSQ to solicit SOQ's for master agreements with qualified providers for the provision of Substance Use Supportive Services. SOQs are accepted on a continuous basis and considered for review at the convenience of the County.
