County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is issuing an RFSQ to solicit SOQ's for master agreements with qualified providers for the provision of As-Needed Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services at County Behavioral Health Facilities. SOQs are accepted on a continuous basis and considered for review at the convenience of the County.
