The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting for a Work Order with qualified CAPSMA contractors, to provide as needed consulting services to the Governance Reform Task Force (Task Force) in modernizing and reforming the current governance structure of Los Angeles County. This Request for Services (RFS) is being issued concurrently with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Consulting and Professional Services Master Agreement.
