Annual Maintenance Dredging of Morehead City Inner Harbor

The work includes maintenance dredging of the Morehead City Harbor federal navigation channel reaches including the non-beach compatible section of Range C, East Leg, West Leg, and Northwest Leg. The work will consist of removal and placement of shoaled material that has accumulated in the channels since the various areas were last dredged. The work will completed via mechanical or hydraulic dredge. Dredging depths range from 35’ plus 2’ of allowable overdepth to 45’ plus 2’ of allowable overdepth.
