The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting market research for comprehensive furniture maintenance, repair, reconfiguration, interior design, installation, and storage services. This work is for the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Who this opportunity suits

This opportunity is best suited for companies that are currently authorized Steelcase dealers, distributors, or resellers. You must be authorized to sell, install, and provide warranty services for Steelcase furniture and components, and capable of providing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products and replacement components. The DLA also encourages responses from contractors authorized to provide products from David Edward, NuCraft, Arnold, BodyBuilt, HumanScale, Peter Pepper Products, Sit On It Seating, Egan Visual, Trinity Furniture, and Cabot Wrenn.

Firms should have the capability to manage approximately 30,000 square feet of secure, climate-controlled commercial storage space within 75 miles of Fort Belvoir, VA. Additionally, you will need qualified personnel, including a Project Manager and an Interior Designer, both with at least 5 years of experience in complex commercial-grade modular systems furniture.
