THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT QUOTATIONS ON EACH ITEM SEPARATELY OR AS A WHOLE, AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL QUOTATIONS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE SPEC SHEET FOR EQUAL ITEMS MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF YOUR QUOTE ON THAT ITEM OR AS A WHOLE.
