Must be a minimum 8-cylinder (V8) naturally aspirated or 6-cylinder (V6) turbocharged engine, Engine must be Flexible Fuel (FFV / E85 compatible) and/or fuel-efficient Hybrid Electric (HEV) meeting all other performance parameters in accordance with 30 ILCS 500/25-75.
