Sealed technical and cost proposals need to be received by 4:00 pm, November 4, 2026. All proposals shall be clearly marked “REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE REFUSE, RECYCLABLE AND YARD WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES" along with the name and address of the Proposer, and shall beaccompanied by a Bid Bond and all required documents. If the proposal is sent through the mail or by other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mail envelope marked “PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED” on the face.
