Provide and Install a 24" CWR bypass pipe between the north side header to the south side header C. Provide and Install butterfly valves at the connection to the existing north header and at the connection to the existing south header D. Replace the pneumatic actuators with electric actuators on the existing cooling tower inlet valves for Cooling Towers 1,2, and 3 E.
