The BRA is soliciting sealed proposals for the EWCRWS Infrastructure and Expansion The “1B1D PROJECT” represents two critical expansion improvements to the Brazos River Authority’s (BRA) East Williamson County’s Regional Water System Water Treatment Plant (EWCWTP); Phase 1B and Phase 1D. The Phase 1B Trinity Well Infrastructure Improvements will use cooling towers to treat up to 4 MGD of groundwater from the existing Trinity Well #1 for blending with treated surface water from Granger Lake.
